Contractor Tools for Your Bottom Line.

Going Live

Once your staff has been trained by a ComputerEase certified trainer you will be ready to implement ComputerEase into your daily company operations. Going Live with ComputerEase is much like beginning work on a construction site.

Our certified trainer will assist you in loading or migrating your data into ComputerEase and helping test the system. This aspect of Going Live helps to ensure that all the data is loaded correctly and that modules are functioning properly.

Like work on a construction job, Going Live with ComputerEase does not occur magically. Construction project results are produced by hard work and effort. Going Live with ComputerEase will take some effort, too.

We guarantee that our trainer will facilitate the transfer of your data from your current system into ComputerEase. Our trainer will guide you through the entire Going Live process so that your system is up, running and fully functional.

When the Going Live process is complete, just as when you have the final walk through on a construction site, we believe you will feel a true sense of satisfaction. You will begin reaping the benefits in increased efficiencies and greater profits.

"We can customize the system to meet specific needs."

Thad Hornung
Owner
Microvisions Computer Systems

It's a very modular system so we can customize the system to meet your needs specifically whether it's the number of users you need, or which specific modules you might want. Uhm, if, if there's anything in particular that you need that uhm, that's specific to your industry we can provide that for you as well. And it allows us to scale the system from smaller contractors that maybe don't need as much as a larger contractor may need.

"Friendly to navigate, reports simple to read"

Jack Rahn
Director, Plumbing Operations
Feldcamp Enterprises

I've used another uh, software in the past and it was a lot more cumbersome than ComputerEase. I just find ComputerEase to be very friendly to navigate and the reports are simple to read and ComputerEase seems to be very eager to make any modifications as necessary for the contractor based on the contractor's needs.
