At the job site remotely enter important job data and information into FieldEase throughout the day and at the end transmit your data back to the office. Updated information from the office can also be sent to the job site to keep your data current.

"also have access to FieldEase"

The Notes are stored in ComputerEase under Notes. I attach driving directions uh, for the project managers. They're able to access that information to then forward it on to the superintendents who have direct access, because our superintendents also have access to Field Ease. And uh, through that, when I also, also create the job, I send Jenny an email and she gets that job, all that information that she then forwards to the uh, field superintendents, who are able to log in the guy's time when they're working and keep track of their hours that they're working. So that helps her in doing payroll, so she automatically knows what their hours are that they've worked.

Yes. Uh, with ComputerEase, and actually what we do is take the report, our job costs report, to the field and review our labor with our field superintendents and they are, they share in everything that we do. I mean they're the biggest part of what makes this company go so they are well aware of what their budgets are on the projects, for the total number of hours and the dollars they have to spend on a project, and that is shared by myself and our other project managers on a weekly basis.

We have much better communication with our field employees. We use email a lot through the ComputerEase system, emailing reports, emailing employee updates, job updates. So it has streamlined our process very much. It's also given the field employees a better idea of where they stand on certain jobs and the progress of those jobs

And the way ComputerEase is set up, when you set a budget item up, you can track both the lump sum amount for each of your cost types and you can also see what the related unit cost is for that. So it does a wonderful job, better than almost any system I’ve ever seen, on tracking unit cost information.
